SIMBA Collected Datasets

The SIMBA Capsule collects uncontaminated luminal fluid from the small intestine that is preserved at the site of collection. Our clinical validation data sets demonstrate the significant differences from stool samples and the comparison with endoscopy aspirates collected from the duodenum.
